Delivery and returns

All goods are dispatched within 72 hours from the receipt of the order with the exception of orders placed on Friday. Please allow 14 days respectively for the delivery.

If you have not received your goods within the outlined time, please contact us by emailing ryan@ashininglight.org.uk or calling us on 07394 618951. Please note that as we are a voluntary organisation phone calls may not be answered immediately so please leave a message, or alternatively send us an email.

Should you be unavailable to accept your delivery the information card will be left with the instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

 

We accept orders with delivery addresses different from your billing address.

 

Please note we only deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands (excluding all other offshore territories).

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the date when you placed an order, please contact us via email at ryan@ashininglight.org.uk or 07394 618951. We strongly recommend emailing in the first instance with regards to any issues as this is the quickest means of receiving a response.

If you have received incorrect goods or your goods have arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days by emailing us at ryan@ashininglight.org.uk or 07394 618951.

 

We will arrange for replacements to be sent to you and advise how to proceed with returning any goods to us.

 

If your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within the 3 days from the receipt of receiving the item

Returns and refunds​

We keep this privacy policy under regular review. This version was last updated 15 October 2022.

It is important that the Personal Data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your Personal Data changes during your relationship with us by email to ashininglight2022@gmail.com.

Who does this policy apply to?

If you change your mind and do not wish to keep purchased items, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.

 

If you decide within 14 days that you do not want your purchase, send it back to us in good condition and we can refund you the cost of the items or replace them. We will refund the cost of goods, but we are unable to offer a refund on the delivery charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights
